We take the initial call, manage the claim throughout, arrange the vehicle repair, provide mobility and we can even arrange the salvage should the vehicle be un-repairable – this is the Spectra Drive service.

Replacement Vehicle
Spectra Drive will supply a ‘like for like’ replacement hire vehicle, these hire costs although your responsibility will be pursued on your behalf from the at fault third party insurer.
Vehicle Repair
If your vehicle can be repaired we will arrange this via our repair network. In many cases we are able to pay for the repair and recover these repair costs on your behalf from the at fault third party insurer.
Loss Recovery
If you are out of pocket due to the accident for items like the cost of public transport or loss of earnings, we can help recover these from the at fault party
